Worst home security company ever! My front door alarm never works properly. They have sent me 3 different sensors and none of them work properly on my front door. For the past 2 weeks my alarm goes off every day when I leave for work because it doesn't work properly. I filled out the form for an email quote last night before bed. Wake up to an email sure enough, but no quote! Then my phone gets blown up multiple times in a row! On the third call I answer, hear a man's voice say hello back, then get hung up on! Called the main number to say what happened, and they were rude and could not have cared any less about me. I have had no problems with frontpoint other than battery replacement and response time. The equipment is commercial off the shelf available equipment. I had an issue when changing out the battery. There is no documentation on the website or in the install books. I, like many other people, rely on reviews online to assist in identifying the best companies, products, etc. FrontPoint knows that too and instead of providing outstanding products, customer service, and security, their business plan seems centered on trying to fill up and buy up all of the reviews they possibly can--"stuffing the ballot box." It doesn't work. I purchased the system and had to return it with in two weeks because my alarm went off several times a day every day. Every time it went off it was their fault. I spent 5 to 6 full days on the phone with their support team trying my best to get it to work. Front Point mislead me when I purchased the system, nothing they told me was true! After scheduling an installation when i purchased all the equipment I hear nothing and no one shows! When I contacted my agent he says he will check and call back in a few minutes and NEVER calls! *** service reps. Simple as that. Filled out the quote request form after hours when we were closed. Their greedy reps called 5-8 times in a span of 10 minutes not listening to our message that we were closed and refused to leave a message. Just kept calling and calling and calling. My goodness, I am reading some of these complaints and am totally shocked! I have not once had ANY issues with Frontpoint, in fact, I am a totally satisfied customer. Let me give you some examples... Recently my credit card was compromised with the Target fiasco. I advised Frontline I no longer want automatic charges to a credit card or a checking account. Now they advise me I have a 36 month contract that I signed which I did not but they tell me an e-signature constitutes my agreement having said that I still need to agree to agree to it.
