    The faulty water sensor did not set the alarm when my basement flooded while we were out-of-town for over a month. Came home to find out mold all over the basement and every furniture and artwork on the wall was green and smelly.     I've had the system for almost 2 1/2 years, everything up to this point has been great. The sales, equipment, and customer service has been great.....     The Frontpoint rep says (over the phone and email) they will honor a free month of service for me and anyone I referred to Frontpoint. Also I will get a $100 Amazon gift card for every customer I refer. I so referred two new customers to Frontpoint and the headache began.     I initially picked this company because of the reviews and because its 100% cellular (I don't have a land line). Got the system, setup was quick and easy. but: - cell is slow, takes a random amount of time to arm/disarm the system from the app. No wifi or eithernet - zwave will only work with alarm.com se even though you own it, you cant use it - the discount that I received was exact same $$ as...     I NOTICE FRONT-POINT WAS MARK #1 SO I GAVE THEM A CALL. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS 100% GREAT UNTIL I INSTALLED MY EQUIPMENT. THE BILL WAS $47.99 A MONTH AND THERE WAS ALWAYS PROBLEM WITH MY PANEL AND ONLINE SET-UP. THE ONLINE WASN'T GREAT BECAUSE IT WAS OVER DAYS LATE INFORMING ME DISARMS AND MORE.     HORRIBLE!!! The salesman applied the discounts, got all the information needed to send us the equipment, and everything was "perfect" which he repeated ad nauseum.     Avoid Front Point at all costs. I implemented their system in January 2013, and since that time my house has been broken into at least six times. Unfortunately, their system failed to report or even make a record of any of these break ins.     The Service is great up until you get your system installed. After that, customer support gets a 0 out of 5 from me. I called customer support last night because my panel was having issues and it seemed if wasn't setting correctly.
